(superior rectus muscle, inferior rectus muscle, medial rectus muscle, inferior oblique muscle, levator palpebrae superioris)

  • From mid brain to superior oblique eye muscle
  • Function = moves eyeball down and medially

  • From ear to vestibular (III, IV, VI cranial nerves).
