What are the signs of hypertensive retinopathy?
Reminder: A normal retina should be smooth and uniform.

Flame haemorrhage (reddening of the yellow retina)
Papilloedema (swollen and enlarged optic disc)
Cotton wool spots (white blobs on the retina)
Hard exudates (small lighter patches or redder patches)
