A

concerned with beauty or the appreciation of beauty.
Don’t think human beauty. Think about things you see such as a photo, painting, art, buildings, cars, houses…anything made by someone…do you think it has beauty? The famous Burj Khalifa - it is a beautiful building. It could be described as to have very good aesthetics. Maybe you see a famous painting and think it doesn’t looom good or special. It would be aesthetically pleasing to you.

A

a feature or quality belonging typically to a person, place, or thing and serving to identify it.
I know we did this word before. Now think of it as a scientist. It’s a big word that just means naming all things about something. A rock’s charateristics may be hard, sharp, black, red, small…write what you see about the rock. That’s it.

able to catch fire and burn easily.
Cotton is combustable. Metal is not combustable. Do a search for comustable and non combutable materials and write at least 10 for both.

Gold, silver, platinum and steel can be melted into rings, bracelts, necklaces and still be strong.

How shiny something is when light hits it, or how much light gets reflected back wheh you shine a light on it.
Do a serch for mineral luster chart and look at the pictures.

The amount of space that something takes up. The amount of material it contains and causes it to have weight.
If you measuer a person and take their weight you will know their mass.

nonrenewable

A

unable to be replaced or replenished once used
… most of the natural resources that we exploit for energy and minerals are nonrenewable. Once they have been used up, they cannot be replenished—at least in our lifetime.
Oil is a natural resource. If we use all the oil it will be gone. Oil is therefore a nonrenewable resouce.

reactivity

A

Reactivity is when a substance changes in a chemical reaction, either by itself or with other materials, and to release energy.
Putting a strong cleaner on the floor to remove a sticky spot is an example of reactivity. The cleaner reacts with the sticky spot and makes it easy to remove.

A natural resource is something that is found in nature and can be used by people. Earth’s natural resources include light, air, water, plants, animals, soil, stone, minerals, and fossil fuels. People need some natural resources to stay alive. They use others to make their lives better.

In other words, a map that shows how high and low the area is. It may include mountains, valleys, buildings, lakes. Search online for a topography map of the Grand Canyon.
