yes because we expected that the areas that have has the most recent development would be used the most

what did you conclude in Cardiff Bay ?

A
  • that regeneration has improved this area
  • the data we have got and the wordle have showed us that people’s opinions on Cardiff Bay are now very positive
  • main landuses are restaurants and shops which are easily accessible due to the ease of parking
  • negative correlation on a scatter graph we made showing that more pedestrians reduce the quality of the environment
