A

Unilateral nature and lack of itching
(so in reverse for features, you’d expect bilateral involvement of eyes and itchiness in allergic conjunctivitis/blepharitis)

How is uveitis distinguished from conjunctivitis?

A

Pain or pupil changes suggests uveitis

- a lack of these rules out uveitis + strengthens conjuncitivitis
