A
Company has a fire wall as a first line of defence.
Files are regularly backed up.
Files have an automatic encryption.
Client documents are kept in their individual job files.

How would you provide additional security?
A
I would appoint a specialist IT consultant to provide additional measures if I didn’t find the current measures satisfactory.
May include password protection, limited use, additional encryption etc.

Why is it important to protect clients data?
A
Regulatory obligation and ethically correct as data may be sensitive/personal.
Clients are trusting you to manage/store/protect data securely and safely.
