A

the organisation theme supports other themes with a structure of roles and responsibilities that has clear paths of of delegation and escalation

What is the business case?

A

sets out reason and confirms whether the project is desirable (balance of costs, benefits and risks), viable (can deliver products) and achievable (products results in envisaged outcomes and benefits).
