A
Ensure personnel leaving hot zone have sufficient air to do so, and ready crew standing by with full cylinders at all times

A
Acknowledge on-deck assignment
Assemble equipped crew
Notify when on location
Determine location of personnel working in hot zone
Assess building arrangements and conditions
Relieve hot zone personnel when directed

Sector Officer or IC in WARM zone. When Sector officer in HOT ZONE, control is up to IC
