What are the Fundamental Laws in April 1906?
A
Created an Imperial State council that could veto anything passed by the Duma. The Tsar could also appoint half the members of the council. The Tsar also kept hold of crucial powers such as the armed services. Only the Tsar can change the fundamental laws.

Nicholas’ attitude to the Duma
A
He hated the duma as he believed that it impeached on his god given rights to rule. He also did not trust the Russian people to rule. He also believed that Russians wanted him to be their Tsar.
