Endothelial cells have a lot of holes, allows Na, AA and Glucose to slip through.
The basement membrane is below this, allows only smallest products to pass through
The tubular cells with podocytes (branch off into the vessel) are found below, help for the connection to stay close.
The Bowman’s space is found below this.

How can you change glomerular filtration rate?

Answer 6

Afferent arteriole increased –> more filtration (vise versa)
Efferent arteriole increased diameter –> decreased filtration bc led away from filtration. Decreased = more filtration bc more backup that leads to more filtration
