Volcanoes produced water vapour, carbon dioxide and methane and ammonia.
What happened to the early water vapour in the atmosphere
It condensed forming oceans.

What is the greenshouse effect?
Short wavelength radiation from the sun is absorbed by the earth, heating it up. Long wavelengths radiated from the earth, but is absorbed by the greenhouse gases, heating up the earth.
2 human activities that increase the amount of greenhouse gases.
Farming, releases methane.
Burning fuels, releases carbon dioxide.
define carbon footprint.
Total amount of co2 and other gases emitted over the life cycle.
What gases can be released when a fuel is burned.
Carbon dioxide and water, carbon monoxide if it’s incomplete.
