During daylight and VMC conditions, with terrain and obstacles clearly in sight:
“SINK RATE”
Above 1000 ft AAL IMC or above 500 ft AAL VMC:
FLIGHT PATH … ADJUST
Below 1000 ft AAL IMC or below 500 ft AAL VMC:

When conditions require a deliberate approach below glideslope:
G/S MODE … OFF
Below 1000 ft AAL IMC or below 500 ft AAL VMC:
GO-AROUND … PERFORM
What are the memory items for TAWS WARNING?
If the TAWS triggers one of the PULL UP alerts:
“PULL UP” “TERRAIN AHEAD PULL UP” “TERRAIN TERRAIN PULL UP” “OBSTACLE AHEAD PULL UP” “OBSTACLE OBSTACLE PULL UP”
AP … OFF
PITCH … PULL UP
THRUST LEVERS … TOGA

BANK … WINGS LEVEL or ADJUST
DO NOT CHANGE CONFIGURATION (SLATS/FLAPS, GEAR) UNTIL CLEAR OF OBSTACLE.
What are the memory items for TCAS CAUTION - TRAFFIC ADVISORY?
Do not perform a maneuver based on a TA alone.
What are the memory items for TCAS RA?
If a TA is generated:
PF announces “TCAS, I have control”
If RA is generated:
PF disconnects the AP, and smoothly and firmly follows VSI green sector within 5 s, and requests that both FDs be disconnected.
PM disconnects both FDs
PM must notify ATC
When clear of conflict:
Any CLIMB RA during approach in CONF 3 or FULL:
GO-AROUND … PERFORM
FOLLOW SRS GA mode
VERTICAL SPEED … MONITOR
ATC … NOTIFY
Wehn the “CLEAR OF CONFLICT” aural alert sounds:
ATC … NOTIFY
LATERAL AND VERTICAL GUIDANCE … ADJUST
AP/FD … AS RQRD
——————————————————
After a flight starts to deviate from any ATC clearance or instruction to comply with a TCAS RA
Pilot (callsign)
Controller TCAS RA ROGER
After the response to a TCAS RA is completed and a return to the ATC clearance or instruction is initiated
Pilot CLEAR OF CONFLICT. RETURNING TO (assigned clearance)
Controller ROGER (or alternative instruction)
After the response to a TCAS RA is completed and the assigned ATC clearance or instruction has been resumed
Pilot CLEAR OF CONFLICT (assigned clearance) RESUMED
Controller ROGER (or alternative instruction)
After an ATC clearance or instruction contradictory to the TCAS RA is received, the flight crew will follow the RA and inform ATC directly
