A

what should you do at the start of physical inspection

A

stand at the foot of the bed, quick visual inspection of any changes, get the patient into appropriate position, i.e. lying on their back
Consider:
- age
- gender
- BMI
- Ethnicity
- Morphologies
- lifestyle clues (social history)
