What is the management of acute cholangitis?
A
Sepsis 6
Broad spectrum Abx
Anti emetics if nausea
1st line: ERCP within 24-48 hours to relieve obstruction
2nd line: PTC

A
Raised CRP and WCC
All raised LFTs
Gold standard: MRCP
