Surgical stuff plus:
1. IV fluids
2. IV analgesia: paracetamol 1g 6hourly, morphine 5-10mg 4 hourly
3. IV antibiotics - co amox 625 mg/ 8h IV

cholecystectomy (laparoscopic) at 1 week
