IM for asthma and anaphylaxis
IV for CA and ROSC

Dose and for IM
A
0.5mg (0.5ml)

A
Cardiac arrest = 1mg (1ml)
ROSC = 0.5mg (50mcg)

dilution for ROSC
A
Add 9 mls NaCl to make 1mg in 10ml give 0.5ml

Repeat for cardiac arrest
A
ever 3-5 mins (every second loop)

3-5mins as required post 2 x 250ml boluses to maintain SBP>100mmHg
