Afebrile, Shortness of Breath, air hunger, tachypnea, tachycardia, elevated B/P, Rales, distended neck veins, and diaphoresis.

Early CPAP
0.4mg NTG SL q 3-5mins
Repeat at 0.8mg SL as long as SBP stays above 120. If SBP falls below 120, discontinue until SPB rises above 120
Apply 1” NTG paste if SBP is above 120
