Brake Hoses
A
Hoses are not cracked, worn, or leaking hoses, and couplings.

Brake Chambers
A
Chambers are not leaking, cracked, or dented and are mounted securely. No loose or missing clamps.

Slack adjusters/ pushrods
A
Not broken, loose or missing parts. Slack adjusters- brake pushrod should not move more than 1 inch (with the brakes released) when pulled by hand

Drum brake & linings
A
No cracks, dents, or holes. Check for loose or missing bolts. No grease, oil, or debris. Brake linings are not worn dangerously thin. (Show examiner a visible amount of brake lining is showing)
