Zero Tolerance Law
If you are under 21 years of age, you can’t have a blood alcohol level of 0.01%. Penalty is loss of drivers license for 1 year.
What defines a drunk driver that is 18 years or older?
If you are 18 years or older and you have a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher, you are considered to be drunk driving.

Beer 12 oz.
Wine 4-5 oz.
Hard Liquor 1.5-2 oz.

a set of physical and mental defects that affect a fetus that has bee exposed to alcohol because of the mother’s consumption of alcohol during pregnancy

a person who chooses not to drink alcohol in a social setting so that he or she can safely drive or herself and others
