-Tachydysrhythmias: 150 mg in 50 mL D5W infused over 10 min

A

-Hemodynamically significant bradycardia: 0.5 mg; may repeat every 3-5 min to MAX 3.0 mg
-Organophosphate poisoning/carbamate poisoning/nerve agent exposure: 1-4 mg; may double dosage every 5 min
-ET: 2-2.5 mg diluted in 10 mL saline

-Hemodynamically significant bradycardia: 0.02 mg/kg; may repeat every 3-5 min to max 1.0 mg in children and 2.0 mg in adolescents
-Organophosphate poisoning/carbamate poisoning/nerve agent exposure: 0.03-0.05 mg/kg every 10-20 min
