- diff c walking since stance phase becomes shortened and diff in push off

gr 1-2 PJM and orthotic devices

aquatic therapy
muscle setting
pt educ, activity mod and jt protection
controlled motion to return to function phase of ankle and foot hypomob
MWM, orthotic device
gentle stretching, gr 3-4 PJM
isoms - dynamic - OKC - CKC
balance and proprioception ex
low impact aerobics
treatment for painful dorsiflexion
MWM
ant glide on post tibiofibular component of ankle with belt while talus is stab
ask pt to lunge forward
treatment for painful plantarflexion
apply post directed force on tibiofibular component of ankle with other hand holds midfoot
passively pflex while applying post glide
