Insertion: Base of 1st MT and medial cuneiform

Action: Talocrural dorsiflexion, foot inversion

Innervation: Deep fibular nerve (L4, L5)

Insertion: Distal and middle phalanges 2-5

Action: digits 2-5 extension (MTP, PIP, DIP)
