WHO 1946 definition of health
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”

Eg. Experience a death of a loved one causes an individual to experience negative emotions and feelings. At this time, MH&W may not be optimal, but if emotions and feelings are appropriate given the situation, EH&W could be considered positive
