For your capstone project, describe how you might have to use the triple constraint (scope / resources/ schedule) to modify your project execution
- Scope: If scope is added to we will need to reschedule assigned tasks
- Resources: Resources cannot be added to as we have a fixed group of 5. If anyone is to fail or drop out for any reason we may have to change schedule and/or reduce scope to accommodate the amount of people.
- Schedule: Cannot modify end date. Short term scheduling of assigned tasks would be modified if scope or resources were changed. May have to reallocate time to account for added or dropped scope elements.

Given a project description…identify key stakeholders (manager, client, sponsor, performing organization) identify 4 other stakeholders
- Key Stakeholders of Capstone Project:
o Client: Twilight Theatre
o Sponsor: Phil Bacon (point of contact for client)
o Performing Organization: Us (Alias Apps)
o Players
o Storytellers
For capstone, suggest a final deliverable. Write two objectives.
- Use SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, timely)
- Final Deliverable:
o Web application that assists in player management; recording and storing of player interactions and stories. Using MVC design pattern. Will be measured by a functioning database, presentable UI and separate login permissions that will have different views. To be completed by April 2019. - Two objectives:
o Have a finished project that is user friendly and responsive by the end date of April 2019.
o Gain a mark of 80% or higher on the final deliverable
Create a work breakdown structure for a job/party/vacation. 4 phase to be includes, 3-4 tasks and a milestone. Apply a wbs code system.
- 1.0 Anaylze, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. 1.4, 2.0 Develop….etc (just marking tasks)
List 3 sequential tasks that will have a finish to start relationship.
- Finish to start
o Task has to finish in order for next one to start
Finish UI sketches in order to start extended use cases
Analyze user data in order to start building conceptual model and then finally build physical model - Start to finish

o Tasks that have to complete at the same time
