A

Escala de allanado, eco abdominal (apéndice dilatado no comprensible >6mm, grasa periapendicular y más vascularizacion) y TAC (diámetro >6mm, engrosamiento paredes >3mm)

Fases de la apendicitis

A
  1. Catarral /edematosa :
    Obstrucción por fecalito
  2. Fibrino -purulenta
    Inflamación transmural, dolor en FID
  3. Gangrenosa
    A las 48h, exudado purulento y necrosis
  4. Perforada
    A las 72h, necrosis, abceso, peritonitis
