A

A. INFLAMACION LOCAL (dolor HCD y signo de Murphy)

B. INFLAMACION SISTEMICA ( fiebre, leucocitosis, proteina C)

C. IMÁGENES

Sospecha : A + B

De Reynaulds= Triada de Charcot ( fiebre, Ictericia, dolor HCD) + disminución alertamiento + compromiso hemodinámico

Criterio ASGE (coledocolitiasis)

A

Bajo (sint) : colecistectomia

Medio ( función hepática alt. / Edad + 55 / conducto dilatado) : EUS, MRCP, Laparomia

Alta (cálculos/colangitis/bilirrubina > 4): ERCP
