Candied Bacon & Artisan Cheeses

  • Shareable appetizer for 2-3
    guests with complementing sweet,
    salty and savory flavors.
  • Each cheese has its own garnish.
    • Creamy goat cheese w/berry jam and Marcona almonds
    • French Feta w/Orange Honeycomb and Pistachio, And
    • Rich Stracciatella (stretched mozzarella) w/sweet roasted grape tomatoes, EVOO, balsamic and sea salt.
  • Highlight of dish is the extra thick cut candied applewood smoked
    bacon! The crostini make for a great canvas for any of the cheeses!

Portions/Prepped: 5oz piece of bacon cut in half, 2 1/2oz Stracciatella,
2oz Feta, 1.75oz Goat Cheese. 2 slices toasted crostini cut into 1/3rds.

    burrata cheese)
  • Topped with a sweet Grape Tomatoes, Shallots, Garlic,
