  • ATTENTION = notice their teachers aiming for a more active lifestyle e.g staff netball matches
    MOTIVATION = students are more likely to become more active if there’s a reward e.g. medal
    REPRODUCTION = step count challenge fairly simple therefore can be easily replicated
