Corneal microdeposits, neuritis, pulmonary fibrosis, increase LFTs, hypothyriodism, hyperthyroidism, photosensitivity, blue-grey skin discoloration, hypotension (iv only)

Notes:
DDI: Digoxin and Warfarin (must decrease doses by 30-50%) simvastatin: max dose 20mg/day
