A type of ventricular tachycardia

If haemodynamically stable do nothing, it may spontaenously resolve
If haemodynamically unstable/cardiac arrest give:
IV magnesium 2g
IV fluids for hypotension
DC cardioversion

Prophylaxis with beta blocker (propanalol)
