A
  1. Input parameter are given a number/label
  2. Up to 400 internal parameter are created
  3. Alpha call-up code are created with GSE programming (ground support equipment)

What is the use of Alpha Call-Up (ACU) parameters

  1. Displayable on the MCDU for troubleshooting, analysis, testing.
  2. Display value will refresh every 1 seconds = live information.

How are AIDS report generated?

A

AIDS Reports:
1. Fixed trigger mechanism, data collection, and output formatting.
2. Perform basic aircraft monitoring functions.
3. Collect parameters for trend analysis of engines, aircraft, and APU.
4. Aircraft data collected and automatically output during operational anomalies.
5. Manual triggering via remote print button results in immediate report generation.
6. Reports stored in SSMM can be transferred to printer, MDDU, ACARS, and DAR/SAR.
7. Reprogrammable parameters for customer requirements through MCDU or GSE.
