A

Sinus Bradycardia, nodal bradycardia, 1st, 2nd degree heart blocks or an undifferentiated narrow complex bradycardia.

Atropine Mechanism

A

Antichollnergic used to treat bradycardia.

It antagonises (blocks) muscarinic receptor, causing vagal inhibitors resulting in:
-an increase in heart rate.
-Drying of salivary and bronchial secretions.
-bronchodilation
-reduced GI mobility
