A

1) GAAP consistency change (you didn’t apply the same rules) (unjustified, which means there was no reason for doing it) = auditor disagrees
2) Inadequate disclosure in footnotes

3) Departure from GAAP (unjustified, which means there was no reason for doing it) = auditor disagrees
