R - response button, usable / indication light

B - battery / laptop allow 5 mins for circuits to warm up

L - leads / smooth & untwisted

E - earphones - plugs, leads, rubber, cushion

S - sweeps x 3

S - switches - secure & lights work correctly and silently

A - audiogram performed on known person
N - noise check for noise when masking is introduced
T - tension, check headgear tension AC & BC
