A

act done by the muscles without any control of the mind ie. reflex or spasm, or an act done by a person who is not conscious of what he’s doing

A

2- Due to an external cause

A

-Ds act must be involuntary
-D must have no control of his actions
-D has no MR for the offence as he’s unaware of what he’s doing
