Erector Spinae

A

Origin: iliac crest, sacrum, transverse and spinous processes of vertebrae and supraspinal ligament
Insertion: angles of rib, transverse and spinous processes of vertebrae, posterior aspect of skull
Nerve: segmentally innervated by dorsal primary rami of spinal nerves C1-S5
