During muscle contraction, the thin actin filaments are pulled in between the thick myosin filaments

Describe how the banding paternal changes during muscle contraction.
A
- each sarcomere shortens
- length of A band remains the same but with more overlap of actin and myosin
- I band narrows are more actin and myosin overlap
