Martini
Ingredients
- 4 oz gin or vodka
Procedure
- Add liquor to shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
(Easy dirty - 1/2 oz olive juice | dirty - 1 oz olive juice)
Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1/2 oz Combier
- 2.5 oz sour mix
- 1 lime wedge
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients in shaker, dry shake
- Shake for 10 seconds, pour into highball glass filled with ice with salted rim
- Squeeze drop one lime wedge
Jackrabbit
Ingredients
- 2 oz De Nada Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz sour mix
- 5 mint leaves
- mint sprig
Procedure
- Combine 5 mint leaves and liquids in shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 7 seconds, roll into highball glass
- Garnish with mint sprig
French Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1.5 oz sour mix
- 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients in shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
Lemon Drop
Ingredients
- 2 oz citrus vodka
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1.5 oz lemonade
- orange peel
Procedure
- Combine liquids in shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass with sugar rim
- Garnish with orange peel twist
Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1/2 lime
Procedure
- Combine liquids and squeeze half a lime into shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with orange peel
Manhattan
Ingredients
- 3 oz rye whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
Procedure
- Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice
- Stir for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with cherry
Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 oz rum
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1-2 oz club soda
- 8 mint leaves
Procedure
- Tear 8 mint leaves in half and drop in shaker, squeeze drop half a lime, muddle together
- Add simple syrup, rum, and ice, shake for 6 seconds
- Roll all contents into highball glass, top with club soda and mint sprig
Hillstone Negroni
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 lime wedges
- orange twist
Procedure
- Combine spirits in highball glass with ice, squeeze 1st lime and gently stir
- Sqeeze drop 2nd lime wedge into drink
- Garnish with orange twist
Negroni
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz vermouth
- 1.5 oz Campari
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients in highball glass with ice, gently stir
- Garnish with orange twist
Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Procedure
- Combine ingredients in mixing glass, add ice and stir for 10 seconds
- Fill rocks glass with ice, strain contents into glass
- Garnish with cherry and orange twist
Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
Procedure
- Combine ingredients in shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with thinly sliced lime wheel
Sidecar
Ingredients
- 2 oz Remy Martin
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 squeezed lemon

- Combine ingredients in shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 8 seconds, strain into shilled martini glass with 1/2 sugar rim
- Garnish with orange twist
GF Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 oz tonic water
- 1 oz sparkling wine
- grapefruit twist
Procedure
- Build in wine glasses
- First gf juice, then aperol, then tonic water, then wine
- Garnish with grapefruit twist
Elder Collins
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 1/2 oz St Germain
- 1.5 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz ginger ale
- lime and cherry
Procedure
- Add gin, St Germain, and juice into shaker, half fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into highball glass with ice
- Top with ginger ale, garnish with squeeze drop lime wedge and cherry
Crisp Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hendricks gin
- 1 oz St Germain
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 1 oz Clos Henri
- lime twist
Procedure
- Combine gin, St Germain, and juice into shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 5 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
- Top with Clos Henri, garnish with lime twist
The Crush
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz vodka
- 4 green grapes
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 mint sprig
- 1 lime wedge
Procedure
- Combine 3 crushed grapes, lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka in shaker
- Dry shake for 5 seconds, pour into highball glass and add ice
- Garnish with mint sprig and squeeze drop lime
Paper Plane
Ingredients
- 1 oz Buffalo Trace
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1 oz lemon juice
Procedure
- Combine ingredients in shaker, fill with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass
