A

Vascular lesions (may be almost anywhere - skin, subcutaneous tissue, bone or other organs!)
Bacillary angiomatosis, bacillary peliosis
Endocarditis

A

Trench fever spread by lice and crowded humans

How does cat scratch disease spread?

A

Fleas spread it from cat to cat. Cat remains well and maybe bacteraemic for years.
Flea faeces inoculated by cat scratch
