Traumatic cardiac arrest with suspected penetrating trauma to chest/epigastrium
Consider immediate thoracotomy

Hypovolaemia - control experience bleeding, splint pelvis and fractures, IV/IO blood or fluids
Hypoxia - basic/advanced airway and give O2
Tension pneumothorax - decompress chest
Tamponade - consider thoracotomy
