Pathology?

A

Pathological types = glioblastoma (IV), glioma (I-III), meningioma (I), metastases (I-IV)
Symptoms usually correlate with increased ICP due to space occupying lesion

Raised ICP

CT/MRI/PET brain - brain lesions, mets
Imaging of other body for metastases/source
Biopsies of regional lymph nodes

A

Palliation is only option in high grade tumours
