Tinea cruris, aka jock itch

Very common. Caused by different fungi in different parts of the world. Fungal infection that causes a red and itchy rash in warm and moist areas of the body. Can appear pale-pink as in the picture shown on the reverse side, or more mottled and textured as shown below.

Appearance is similar to tinea corporis, or ringworm, another fungal infection, but tinea cruris appears to start from the groin and spread outwards while tinea corporis starts from the feet or fingernails and spreads up the extremities to the trunk.

Hidradenitis Suppurativa

An inflammatory skin disease that affects apocrine gland-bearing skin in the axillae, in the groin, and under the breasts. It is characterised by recurrent boil-like nodules and abscesses that culminate in pus-like discharge, difficult-to-heal open wounds (sinuses) and scarring. Hidradenitis suppurativa also has a significant psychological impact, and many patients suffer from impairment of body image, depression and anxiety

A

This is an example of a male HPV infection in a dry area.
