What is the first thing we do? First step?
Check Funding rates- Take the largest perpetual funding rate. (Positive for a short. Negative for a long.)
27
At the start, after we have found the largest perpetual funding rate—what is your next action (after opening Trading view)?
Assess if the coin is liquid enough to trade and available on your broker.
28
After finding the largest perpetual funding rate, and checking it is liquid enough to trade—you decide it is not liquid enough to trade. What is your next move?
Go back to the start. Choose another coin. The largest perpetual funding rate. (Positive for a short. Negative for a long.)
29
You have found a coin that is liquid enough to trade, and it's available on your broker. What is your the next question you need to ask yourself?
Is the funding rate positive or negative? Positive means look for short, Negative means look for a long.
30
You have found a coin that is liquid enough to trade, and it's available on your broker. And the funding rate is positive. What is your next move?
Look for a touch of the higher BB (short mean reversion set up) on a 15 minute chart.
31
You have found a coin that is liquid enough to trade, and it's available on your broker. And the funding rate is negative. What is your next move?
Look for a touch of the lower BB (long mean reversion set up) on a 15 minute chart.
32
You have found a short mean reversion set up on a 15m chart. What are you looking for next?
Is there confirming evidence (Bollinger Touch or Trend w/pullback) on BOTH 30m and 60m charts.
33
A short mean reversion set up means you need to look for a touch of the higher or lower Bollinger band?
Touch of the higher BB
34
A long mean reversion set up means you need to look for a touch of the higher or lower Bollinger band?
Touch of the lower BB
35
You have found a long mean reversion set up on a 15m chart. What are you looking for next?
Is there confirming evidence (Bollinger Touch or Trend w/pullback) on BOTH 30m and 60m charts.
36
If the same candle touches both the higher and lower Bollinger bands on the 15 min, what does that mean?
It kills the trade- start again
37
IF BB touch candle low is broken at all...what does that mean?
It kills the trade- start again
38
IF BB touch candle low is broken at all...what does that mean?
It kills the trade- start again
39
If the following candles or wicks, after the BB touch, break higher or lower than the set Stop Loss...prior to your order being filled...what do you do?
Cancel the trade and start over.
40
What do you do if the trade is not filled by 1R?
Cancel the trade, start over.
41
To be able to trade successfully, how many mistakes should you be averaging?
1 mistake out of 20 trades
