- Remain at pedestal for overall safety, control, & coordination
- Basket FF- if used for roof access Saw & LSR taken to roof. Wait for complete roof size up before repositioning to fire fl to vent. After venting fire fl reposition basket to top floor to vent

BROWNSTONES/ROWFRAME (3 window front)
- place aerial to roof
- WAIT for roof size up
- if LSR rescue LCC helps
- no LSR rescue top floor VEIS with 2nd LCC
- for top floor fire in BROWNSTONES, aerial to roof of exposure
- once assured that no laddering needed, or after VEIS has been completed, LCC will report to officer (TOP FLOOR FIRE)

-raise aerial to roof for access
- after roof FF reaches roof, reposition aerial for fire apt if fire is 3rd floor or above, below 3rd use portables. Teamed with 2nd due LCC. - don't wait for roof size up
- once VEIS of fire apt complete, use aerial for VEIS of other apts and floor above

- reports to turntable are of 1st due to assist of if necessary team up for top floor VEIS.
- position apparatus and place in PTO for use by roof FF
- when no longer needed for laddering ops at front of building or aerial, goes to work as directed by CO
- may need to help 1st due is LSR rescue needed

-no front rescue go to rear and check for life hazard, perform outside vent of floors within reach
-rear rescue needed notify CO and IC
- no rear rescue VEIS with another member
- no member available return to front and team up with LCC for top floor VEIS
- buildings have FE operate as per ladders 3
TOP FLOOR FIRE
- saw to roof with Halligan
-If possible, descend FE for VEIS of top floor with 2nd sue OVER
-unable to descend notify CO and vent from roof

- check rear for trapped occupants and assure ventilation is complete
- assist in front with laddering with LCC
- not needed for ladder ops, report to officer above the fire
TOP FLOOR FIRE:
After checking rear report to roof to assist in ventilation and opening of roof or into exposure as directed by their officer
FE present operate as per ladders 3 with 2nd roof and VEIS apartment directly over fire apartment from FE
