A

age <12m.o
Event lasting <1 min in an infant assoc with >1 of:
- Cyanosis/pallor
- absent, decreased/irregular breathing
- marked change in muscular tone
- altered level of responsiveness
Child must be well appearing, returning back to baseline at time of presentation & have no condition to explain

Cardiac- Congenital cardiac dx
Abdominal - intussusception
Infection - pertussis, sepsis
Metabolic - hypoglycaemia, hypokalaemia
Toxin/drug infection
