Whole cluster grape fermented in CO2-rich environment, causing intercellular fermentation. Internal glucose and malic acid produce CO2 and alcohol. Grape then burst due to internal CO2 and juice are pressed out.

Whole bunch fermentation in an anaerobic environment. Whole cluster grape are filled up in a tank without pumping CO2. The weight of grape on top will crush those on bottom releasing the juice and initiating fermentation. Result: candied strawberries, bubblegum and banana flavour.
