               ii. any apparatus of which the product of the manufacturer’s intended maximum working pressure in kilopascal and the volume in cubic metres does not exceed the figure of 10,

shall not be deemed to be a boiler.

“raise” means any tunnel having an inclination above the horizontal in the direction of working of more than 5 degrees and not included under the definition of “shaft”.
