It’s a type of sugar which the body uses for energy

A
A complex molecule needed for cell structure, functions, regulation of the body’s tissue and organs; making enzymes and defence against disease

A
Used for energy there are different types of fats: trans, saturated, unsaturated and cholesterol fats

A
Bread, beans, milk, popcorn, potatoes, spaghetti

Eggs, milk, yoghurt, fish and seafood, pork, chicken and turkey
