Nausea vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain xanthopsia proarrhytmic ( atrial tachycardia av block)
EKG: downslope ST, increased PR ,decreased QT T wave inversion

BB propanolol

Beta blockers, such as propranolol, are first-line treatments for congenital long QT syndrome (LQTS) and have been shown to decrease the risk of cardiac events.
