A

in the case of flaccid dysarthria this can interfere with intelligibility (of high importance for patient) and can also worsen dysphagia

Therefore, this would not directly be targeted, but strategies to increase the adequacy of the mechanism like reading only vowels, or overarticulation could be used.

could be combined with dysphagia therapy like TTS to stimulate insufficiency
